We wanted to send out a video to share some of the highlights of the recent celebration events of the Centennial Anniversary of the Gospel arriving in Cambodia. We felt immensely encouraged to hear the inspiring stories of how God has called out and empowered His faithful servants to bring the gospel to dark and difficult places. God has been resilient in building His church despite political unrest, adversity and persecution; we see the light of Christ illuminating and the fruit is evident.
Government officials were in attendance thanking and recognizing the development work that Christians have done over the century. We had the privilege of worshipping with over 10,000 other believers. It felt like we were getting a glimpse of what heaven will be like when “a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb” are praising and worshipping God the Father and Jesus the Son. The name of Jesus has never been as famous as it is today in Cambodia. Please continue to pray for the work of spreading the gospel as we partner with Cambodian churches and help mobilize them to reach out to the Khmer and other minority ethnic groups in the country.
This video was put together using many video clips from other friends and organizations. If you would like to see more full length video testimonies, please check out the links below:
